We are absolutely intrigued by the findings that have been reported in the studies conducted by Dr. Heidi Yellen related to the Frequency of Clothing. Heidi has so much information on this subject. Her ideas have really sparked curiosity throughout our community and have encouraged us to look at everyday fabrics differently.
This is The Connection Between Fabric Frequencies and Well-Being According to Dr. Heidi Yellen’s Research:
Her research describes a possible connection between fabric frequencies and human health. High-frequency fabrics such as linen, hemp, organic cotton, and wool are believed to boost energy, while low-frequency synthetic materials may deplete it.
This offers an intriguing perspective and prompts us to think about the fabrics we use and their possible effect on our energy and well-being. Due to this theory, some people may choose to explore fabrics described as having higher frequencies.
Linen: A Frequently Used Fabric is Often Referred to as High Frequency.
In Dr. Yellen’s research, linen fabric emerges as the most prominent material, reportedly exhibiting a frequency of 5,000 which is 50 times greater than the average human body frequency of about 100 described in this research. According to the theory, this high frequency of linen suggests that it may transfer energy to the wearer, potentially enhancing vitality and overall well-being
We can explore the differences between various fabrics while also considering their other qualities, such as, comfort and durability to name a few.
Throughout history, linen has been highly regarded and has been used as bandages, clothing, and linen sheets. Linen is also known for properties that can make it less hospitable to some microorganisms.
Wool: Provides warmth and has high-frequency qualities.
Like linen, wool is described in Dr. Yellen’s research as vibrating at a frequency of 5,000. It is known for its warmth and comfort. Within this frequency theory, the high frequency attributed to wool suggests that it offers not only physical warmth but may also provide an energetic boost to the wearer on a vibrational level. However, Dr. Yellen’s findings suggest that combining linen and wool causes their frequencies to cancel each other out. According to this theory, it may therefore be preferable to wear either linen or wool, but not both together
Organic Cotton: Aligning with the Body, Cotton is a beneficial choice.
Organic cotton is described in Dr. Yellen’s research as having a frequency of 100, which she associates with the frequency of a healthy human body. This frequency reflects that of the human body. In contrast, non-organic cotton is described as having a lower frequency, approximately 70, and does not achieve the harmonizing frequency of 100 attributed to organic cotton.
Silk: A Surprising Perspective on a Noted Luxurious Fabric
Pay attention to silk. According to Dr. Yellen’s study, it doesn’t perform well in terms of the frequency measurements described in her research. Silk was reportedly measured at a mere 10. This has been proposed as possibly being related to the processing techniques and chemicals involved. To sum up, while silk may be pleasant to touch, Dr. Yellen’s findings attribute a considerably lower frequency to it than to fabrics such as linen and wool.
Rayon and Synthetic Fabrics: Exploring Their Reported Frequencies
According to Dr. Yellen’s study, rayon was reportedly measured at a frequency of 15, while synthetic fabrics such as polyester, acrylic, and nylon were reported as having a frequency of zero. Synthetic fabrics can also raise separate environmental concerns depending on how they are used, manufactured, and disposed of. Dr. Yellen’s research provides yet another perspective to consider when thinking about the fabrics we choose.
